We ended January with the annual pinewood derby. This year Warren was in charge and did a great job.
There were 7 or 8 boys that raced. Afterwards there was a family race. Kjel did a good job on his car. He had some tough competition and took third place. 
Kjel's car is the gold one in the middle.
Clayton and Warren also made new cars for the family race. Grandpa, Grandma, and Breanne raced old cars. Grandpa ended up winning the family race 
with Breanne coming in second
and Grandma placing third. No.........................we were not the only ones in the race, there were a total of 19 cars racing. Grandpa had a huge fan club chanting "Grandpa, Grandpa" every time his car went down the track.

Breanne used Kjel's black shark car from last year. Kjel's car from last year beat his car this year.
